Aim Of Yoga

The sole aim of yoga is the liberation of soul from incarnations or union of God and soul. Which can be achieved by any mean through any religion by practicing any form of yoga.

Objectives Of Yoga

To reach or attain the aim of yoga, the following objectives can be set by the devotee or yogi:

  1. To purify one’s thought and maintain bodyly discipline and keep one self mentally and physically healthy.
  2. To respect every creature on the universe so that a perfect ecological balance can be maintained.
  3. Service before self by renouncing worldly comforts whether in the society as a household or in escatasy and continuously meditating on God.
  4. To lead a simple and natural life without breaking the laws of nature though one may be prossessing super natural powers, position or wealth.
